About the service
ticlo.io is a software tool that produces title and closing cost estimates, seller net sheets and buyer estimates. It is owned by TitleCorp. LLC.
Estimates only
Results are good-faith estimates for informational purposes. They are not a Loan Estimate or a Closing Disclosure under TRID, and they are not a commitment to insure. Final figures come from your title company and lender.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, TitleCorp. LLC is not liable for decisions made in reliance on an estimate.
